Activities & Events

EQAVET 4.0

EQAVET 4.0 brings together VET providers, industry stakeholders, policymakers, and learners through a series of collaborative activities and strategic events.

The project promotes dialogue, innovation, and capacity building across Europe, ensuring that all outcomes are co-developed, tested, and validated by those who will benefit from them. Below you can find an overview of the main activities carried out by the consortium.

Stakeholder Consultations

A series of focus groups and bilateral meetings with employers, educators, and VET learners were conducted to ensure the project responds to real needs.

These consultations informed the development of sectoral maps and job profiles, and helped to identify key labour market trends and skill gaps in the participating countries.

Pilot Activities

Selected VET institutions and companies across Europe tested the newly developed tools and frameworks.

Pilots included the validation of job profiles, the use of assessment tools in real learning environments, and feedback sessions with learners and trainers. Results from these pilots will shape the project’s final outputs and sustainability strategy.

Workshops and Training Sessions

Hands-on workshops and training sessions have been organised for VET providers and stakeholders.

These sessions focus on quality assurance, digital tools, green skills, and the application of EQAVET 4.0 methodologies. Participants are encouraged to share good practices and co-develop innovative solutions.

Multiplier Events and Conferences

National and international events are held to disseminate the results of the project and encourage wider adoption of its tools.

These events target VET providers, policymakers, industry representatives, and learners. They are key moments to showcase the impact of EQAVET 4.0 and foster new cooperation opportunities.

Upcoming Events

The EQAVET 4.0 consortium will continue organising activities throughout the project’s duration. Stay tuned for upcoming events, including capacity-building workshops, thematic webinars, and the final conference.
